Science in teleportation and meaning of evidences - I

The science involved in teleportation could be possible to have been found in the ancient scriptures. Many artifacts do not prove anything much than the society of their times, livelihood and structures. Just as in ancient Egypt, ancient Sumeria, The artifacts do not prove anything by themselves. Neither am I the scholar to decipher these. Though a few pointers in the mystery could not  add up.

Teleportation : evidences from archaeological studies and findings ?

Teleportation, has been a age old myth. The origins are idea and dreams of one person being able to get to another place which is secretive, mystical and fearful. The art figures, studies into pre historic civilizations has unearthed many such artifacts which are as secretive, mystical and also fearful. Does it make for some similarity to scientific advancements in those times? and why not possible, today? If the idea is only fad, how to explain the writings, stories, different languages and inscriptions? 

Hindu mythology names the scriptures of "vaimanika shastra", clearly indicating the existence of science of flying even before our modern times, so no surprises in India and no questions.
